In restaurante qapaq you'll find most representative dishes of Peruvian cuisine.

From well know "ceviches" & "tiraditos", carry on with "Chifa" cuisine dishes as "Lomo saltado" an others like "causa limeña". To finish with desserts like picarones.

To all this, we add dishes of Mediterranean cuisine, but elaborated with techniques of Peruvian and Asian cuisine.

We also have a robata (japanese grill) which allow us to give that special smoky touch in our grilled dishes.

In our restaurant, we maintain the spirit of Peruvian cuisine adapting it to local products.

To carry it out, we have reached agreements with farmers on the island to cultivate typical Peruvian products (such as aromatic herbs and peppers) and also we add the freshest meats, fish and vegetables, to achieve the best result in our elaborations.
